Not sure where to post this question but… Sometimes Exocad can not articulate the casts, normally when there are missing teeth etc. If my intra-oral scanner successfully registered the bite, is there a way to import these bites into Exocad to use? Otherwise I have tried unsuccessfully to “correct antagonist”.
DON’T TRY TO “CORRECT ANTAGONIST”! 😆 That only allows you to manually move in the 2D plane of the monitor. To re-align the bite, go into Expert Mode –> Tools –> Add/Remove Mesh and add a Bite Registration Scan.
Backup a step… make sure you export your vestibular bite scan from your scanner first!
When you add the Bite Registration Scan, the Wizard will align the vestibular bite scan to the jaw scan, then align to the antagonist scan, and you’ll be all set!
