Do you guys prefer Print or Mill for Night Guard/splints?

I prefer to print because it’s so inexpensive I give the patient 3 sets. They’re not as durable, but not 1/3 as durable, so I think it’s a win for the patient.

For sure printing is easy and cheap. I am using Ortho Rigid Blue NextDent resin and Phrozen Sonic XL 4K

Ha! I have a bottle of Ortho Rigid that I’ve wasted half on trying to use with a Form2… in the early days. Wish I could have gotten that to work. I like the color of ortho rigid. Way better than urine colored “clear”.

I just got the SprintRay Pro95 and Keystone’s KeySoft resin. Trying to debug now – Having some print failures. They recommend printing with the intaglio surface facing the build platform, which seems wrong. I have not tried it yet though because it would seem to make fit/finish much more difficult. Any experience with that?

I just got my first bottle of Keystone Splint resin. Haven’t opened it up yet. I’m looking forward to hearing others’ experience with it as well. I’ve only head good things, so I’ll post my results here to let you know.
