Now that the denture is successfully saved, can I please have more detail on how to print the set of teeth connected instead of individually? Was there a step in the design process I missed?

I got it! I imported all saves into Meshmixer and was prompted to let Meshmixer fix the fact that the teeth “were too far apart”. I answered “no” for each tooth, then they all appeared in the screen as a single arch. Then shift click each tooth to select all objects in the object browser, then hit combine… Done.

You can do that in exocad by having only the teeth visible, then saving the scene as an STL. All the teeth will be saved as a single STL file.
