This course will review the customizations you can make to configuration files within exocad. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make a backup of your file you are altering BEFORE making any changes! The quickest way to do this is copy and paste the file and rename as .bak. For example, if I am changing colors.xml, I copy and paste the file and rename to colors.xml.bak as my backup. I will continue to add lessons to this course so you always know where to look for customization procedures and I can add customization lessons in response to the feedback and requests you send me. In this course, you will learn file and folder management with incoming STL files and new job definitions, how to change workspace and scan colors (most popular changes are to the workspace background), and naming convention changes for job folders and file names
